A level design project using Portal 2's level editor to create a custom level with some playtest feedback.

Summary

This was a chance for me to start off practicing level design principles and processes. For example I started using guiding lights to draw the player's attention to important parts of the room that were used in solving the puzzle.  I iterated on the design through peer playtests to arrive with this final design.

What I learned/developed

This project was a solid introduction to level design for me. I learned a lot about level design principles and playtesting from this project. It also gave me experience within an editor that was new to me which set me up to learn other engines and editors more efficiently.
